Availability and use
SNPfrequencyviewer can be downloaded
here. Select download to disk,
and run. This takes SNP id, position (on chromosome) and population
frequency. These data are available from various online sources (eg
HapMap: http://www.hapmap.org/)
or you may enter your own.
